• Farm Finance - We have links with many agricultural lenders and have been able to find refinancing packages that free up cash flow by switching to one of the lower rates now available
• Retirement - Succession planning can often be made easier if the right plans are in place to enable farmers to retire when they want to and enable their heirs to take over the farm
  unencumbered.
• Life insurance - Recent pressures on cash flow and farm income has caused many farmers to look at the amount they are paying for Life and Critical Illness Insurance, known as protection. Re-arranging protection assurance has saved money for many of our clients.
• Savings and Investments - Farmers and Mercantile provide an investment service that assesses your objectives, attitude to investment risk, need for income or growth and tax situation. We then present the solution in the form of a range of products making up an individual portfolio. This will then be reviewed at an agreed frequency to ensure that it maintains its original aim.
• Mortgages - Finding the right lender can be difficult; our independent mortgage service may help you with your borrowing requirements.
